Well I have a decent amount of play time on it so I can at least offer this:
Far Cry 4 on all Ultra settings runs around 45 (lowest dip) to 70fps
COD W@W on highest settings runs at 80+fps
Cities: Skylines on highest settings (with a pretty massive build) runs at 70-120fps
Heavily modded skyrim runs at 60+ with all highest settings
My other specs are:
MoBo: Asus Z97 Pro-A
RAM: 16gb DDR3 RipJaws @ CAS 9 overclocked to +15% perf
CPU: i7 4790k @ OC'd to 4080mhz
And games are installed on a pretty typical 7200rpm hdd
