http://www.riv.ca. Having just imported my 06 330i from North Carolina in early Nov. I found their site to be very valuable. All told, I saved $9K+ on my car after GST, Duty, PST, Safety, Excise tax, RIV fee and permit transfer on my plates as opposed to buying the same car that was on a BMW lot in Toronto (same color, packages, mileage etc.). The whole process is pretty straight forward, but takes some time. I didn't have to pay NC state tax, as I didn't live in NC. The only down side is the free scheduled maintenance doesn't carry over the border, but the warranty remains with the vehicle.
Ado -- unfortunately, you'll still have to pay the PST on a vehicle that was purchased out of province. Check out this link for more info:
