I would take a bet that the stock M4 wins. If your pushing your tires out, 8 and 14 inches you are seriously changing the geometry of the suspension, ability to roll into a corner, dampening, etc... I think you'd need a lot of new suspension components for this to handle near stock. Building a wide-body race car requires more than spacers, fenders and new wheels.

With that said, I like what it is. I just wish it was half what it is.
