It comes like this, except with the dirt and grime cleaned off. This picture is from when it first came off the car. About 15,000 miles. The old intercooler got damaged in an accident so I got this one new from BMW to replace it.
I am not sure how much of the tubing and clamps you can reuse on your car. Depends how much you removed when you took off your stock intercooler. You need to keep in mind that some of the clamps from BMW are one time only, so those might need to be replaced. It's all dependent on your setup right now.
