OK so I tried my hand had eggnog, I decided to go, no Alcohol (IT REALLY DID NEED IT)
4 (c) Milk, 1.5 (c) sugar, 12 egg yolks, 2 (c) light cream, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, nutmeg
I could NOT get it thick and creamy, I did follow a recipe on line it tasted awesome, just like a creamy but thin milk drink not really a puddingly runny mixture which I thing it's supposed to be like
