I'm not turbo expert but to get 25-30 psi, you are going to need turbos that are a little bit bigger than "a little bigger than stock".
I think our stock turbos are good for 16-16.5 psi.
A little bigger turbos would probably get you 20-22 psi
Good luck with your project, and BTW, I'd suggest getting a vented hood then too. This engine already makes enough heat and could use the M3's vented hood to release more heat. You'll want to do that with the bigger turbos for sure.
