Neither is that much of an upgrade from a T3i. You'd be better served keeping the T3i and investing that cash in a decent lens. What are you using now with your T3i?
I'll also mention that the SL1 is a tiny camera. Some folks find it hard to hold or don't like the balance with a larger lens. Have you held one in your hands yet?
