If you in-line to your basement / 1st floor it should also remove humidity on 2nd. If I remember correctly it is possible to in-line to both but gets a bit complicated.

Maybe it will be perfect than. I run ERV on 2nd floor. And I can run Ultra Aire dehumidifier with fresh air intake on 1st. Perhaps project for next year. In winter I run room humidefiers in bedrooms at night
