I had similar when I got mine serviced last year.
I just wanted the most basic of services to maintain the full BMW history to avoid any potential problems with the warranty
Had to have a pollen filter otherwise they said they couldn't even record it on as serviced on the central computer, let alone the idrive.
Only good thing was that over 4 years old the servicing is cheaper despite it being exactly the same as a newer car.
