Whatever you go with, please just TURN OFF THE MOTION SMOOTHING for everything other than sports. I hate it with a passion and all TVs come with it on from the factory. Everytime a friend buys a new TV I insist on "calibrating" it for them. I work in the TV and film industry so I feign technical know how on TVs even though I simply turn that motion smoothing and picture enhancements off.
I LOVE my Panasonic 65in Plasma, my OLED Sony's look sharper, but for some reason the Plasmas have a film like look to it. I can't explain it. It just looks nicer. The heat though... I don't have to turn on the fireplace.

Would Smooth Degration be the same as Motion Smoothing? That's what I have under "Clarity". Also, what exactly is "Filmaker Mode Auto Start"?
Thx for your input.
