Well, with a statement like that he was obviously a tool
but, to assume that because he couldn't beat you that a lightly modded GTO couldn't is probably a mistake. As I said above a lot of people screw their cars up when they start modding.
Maybe he ran the 1/8th mile in 9 seconds and thought it was a 1/4?
