If your car is relatively new it shouldn't be doing that, and it is probably not the tire's fault. I would suspect a failed shock that allows the tire to bounce, but that is unusual if the car is new. But not impossible. I have also been told that out of spec alignment can cause this although I am not certain of that. So certainly a dealer inspection of the shock would be in order and maybe an alignment. --Bob
