Had a great time after Oct. 2 ED of our new 328i GT. Was nervous that I should have gone with 19" wheels and 335 M packages. I'm happy to say that the N20 with 18" wheels seems perfectly matched to the car and it performed beyond my expectations in all conditions including the first snow storm in the mountains in Austria - I didn't especially want xdrive but now glad to have it. Averaged 32 mpg on the 2 week trip using sport and comfort drive, didn't use on/off or ECO mode at all. We also have an '11 328i 6 cylinder which we love for the smoothness of the engine, and the new 4 cylinder M20 is just as smooth and seems to perform just as well or better moving the much larger and heavier GT. The GT looks to be quite a bit larger than the 3 series wagon as I parked next to several of them in Europe. Got many good comments from gawkers and onlookers.
