No, its the 335d that is getting replaced. It is stil a 3.0 engine but with additional turbo.
The new 335d will be introduced in autumn 2009 so you should be safe when you ordered a 2010 model. But make sure to ask your dealer to confirm you will be getting this updated version. There is no point getting the "old" 335d now since the updated 330d (on sale now) is equally fast, cheaper and uses less fuel.
