Picked up a bottle of Plantation Pineapple rum and it's excellent. Mixed with a little pineapple juice over ice for a refreshing and easy drink. My wife just made lemon poppyseed muffins and mixed some of this rum into the sugar glaze she brushed on the top. Outstanding!
