Probably a bit of sandbagging - no way they didn’t learn or improve anything from last years car. Still ways off on pace but that’s expected, there’s going to be tweaks over the first few races but no chance the W14 hasn’t fixed most of what plagued the W13 - if not, then they really should’ve started from scratch.
But don’t really care for testing, let’s just see what the first race brings. Testing is half seeing what you have and the other half mind games.
