Its all relative, depends on how you like your car to feel. IMO.
Big rims skinny tires, Harsh ride, better cornering, etc. We all know this.
More cushion, more pushing. I'll just leave it at that with out going into into specific rides and there attributes, and or faults, due to rim/tires setups.
IMO, its a personal thing.
