Sailing (coasting) is fun. It's about the only thing I use Eco for. There's a long downhill on my commute where I drop into Eco and coast about 3/4 mile at 55 MPH and 750 RPM.
I don't know why I like that so much, but hey, it's a commute, you find your fun where you can
