Well in theory you could just Change the brake rotor and caliper from 330mm diameter rotor to 345mm diameter rotor.
However I strongly recommend not to do that unless checked with your dealer!
It could be that this could badly influence the brake balance and other security features like cornering brake system, ABS, Stability control....
Sure it could work, as models below 328i/325d upgrading to S2NHA will get:
Front rotor: 340mm / Brake Caliper with 4 pistons
Rear rotor: 345mm / Brake Caliper with 2 Pistons
But I don't know if any programming needs/could be done with such a Setup.
Again, check with your dealer!
