Nice! New gear is always exciting. Have you had step-in bindings before? Never tried them myself, but I've heard that they're pretty convenient once you get them dialed in right.

It's a pretty cool place, man. Not as touristy or amenity-packed as other resorts, but if you're looking for great terrain, it's tough to beat.

That's no bueno. Not your fault for falling, uphill guy should yield to you.
But at least you weren't like a skier I saw last year who ran over
his own hand and sliced through his glove and all 4 fingers. Only himself to blame for that one.
