It wasn't as bad as in 2020 when they had 3D scaned the w10, this is a hybrid design meshing (where they actually have to prove their engineering and not just 3d scan a rivals car - which is illegal now) in the rb18 and the w13 air box design. So it is kind of all new in a sense. It's also not exactly redbull either, the side pods do have some differences, but it is very very very similar.
Mercedes also launched new upgrades to the floor, they have a new double tea tray now - with a different support mechanism that should be more linear like shock instead of a buckle (the same way RB and Ferrari do it), reprofiled floor strakes for the inlet - a very intriguing design too, venturi tunnels seem larger with parallel chanels to bleed off air, and a new what seems to be hinge mounted piece on the floor edge.
Lets see if this solves porpoising or atleast alleviates it.
