I've purchased 4 BMW's in the past 4 years (all brand new) from different dealerships. None of the sale reps ever had interest in capturing repeat business...each one of them that sold a car goes for good and never tried to keep with the client for an eventual future sale...(repeat business is always the easiest)...none of them had the skills or experience to make that happen...at least from the 4 different dealerships and 4 different sale reps that I've worked with...
