I presume you're referring to slimline euro plates when you mention the small option? If so, I don't feel they look any good at all. In Victoria, the slimline euro plates are $100 more than the standard size euro. Funny thing is; there aren't any slimline euro plates in Europe! If you want an authentic euro look, go with the standard size...
