Someone from the Camaro 6 gen forum posted this video the other day of him doing a 2:11 lap at Watkins Glen on worn street tires. The track was slightly wet so he swapped out the slicks he had been running in other sessions. When he ran on Yokohoma slicks he was doing 2:08 laps.
I just have to say that a 2:11 lap at the Glen in a car that costs less than $45K is nothing short of amazing. There's another thread in this forum where 2 series owners say that 2:25 and under is a great lap.
