the 1M had terrible leasing options. Almost nobody leased. Limited production and a waiting line out the door to BUY one meant leases were not really offered well on it at all...
My guess the M2 will lease similar to the M3/M4 but only after the 1st year of production. The first year leases will probably be poor especially as they are trying to market this as 'limited' like the 1M (which it is not).
