It's actually interesting if you compare this list to a list of "happiest" customers. Tesla is near the top of happiest customers while their reliability is near rock bottom... infiniti is near the bottom of happiness but pretty high up on reliability.

I'm not sure brand loyalty has much to do with reporting problems. I see many Tesla owners as excuse makers for why their cars are lacking in quality/reliability.
