If they made it around 3,000lbs with today's safety specs, it would have to be made out of CF entirely. The price would skyrocket to hundreds of thousands of dollars, and people like you and me would never buy it.
You know what's low, sexy, light weight, fast and with a TT V8? A McLaren. And it drives incredibly well, absolutely stupendous. Why don't you buy one of those? Template exists, your dream has been realized.
I seriously doubt they'll do it. It would be 2024 or 2025 before it could hit the streets, they've already missed the opportunity. |
