Being used to my 40D, I'm always weary of cropping. The 5d2 really helps in this area.
Much stronger with the crop.

The 5D2 will open up all kinds of new worlds to you. Try some indoor shooting at ISO 3200 for real eye opener. Night street shooting at ISO 6400 is also liberating. Here's one at ISO 3200 and -1EV to take into account the brightness of Cinderella's Castle:
