Most websites are best viewed/optimized on Chromium. Even Microsoft made the switch to Chromium as the base browser for Edge:

Most websites, web extensions/add-ons, and any random software application do some level of data mining for various purposes. Any attempt to evade this using a free web browser is just a false sense of (information) security.
