Not sure, but we could call Goodyear at 1-800-321-2136 M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST and inquire before starting the process of a class-action. I'm sure the company is well aware of the issue with this tire. Now I'm extremely cautious driving through these mean DC streets on 19's.
It's sad that Continental or Michelin doesn't have an All-Season performance tire with an XL Load Index!!
