It depends. 4-6 is normal. My body gives out before my mind. I have always been a go full speed till you drop and wake up running kind of person. I think of sleep more as idle - still in accessory mode - not so much fully off.

I'm exactly the same way. Well, you knew that already. Lol.
However, I have gotten better at balancing things. This is the most I've slept in years (same hour range as you). Exercise plays a crucial role in this.
