Oh I forgot to mention that I did replaced the engine and cabin air filters 1k miles ago as well as changed the oil. I'm considering the VANOS solenoids but need to do my research on them. Anything in particular that I need to know? I'm riding that they usually don't need to be replaced as much as the seals around the do... Regardless, I'll do anything that is necessary.
