Dude, the gym is crazy right now. I've stopped trying progressive overload with adding weight, but I have started using smaller weight that I can manage well, working on form and going to failure, rather than 3-4 sets of 8-12. I've found that I'm getting much more intense workouts this way. I'm still getting lean but somehow, slowly building the foundation of the muscle groups at the same time; this way when I start getting serious about bulking, I'll have the ground work laid down. Crazy focused right now. All my stress and added energy is going straight into my training.
