I rarely ever saw anyone following that speed law. Most of em were flyin through close to cars, hitting people's mirrors with their fists...just being straight up dicks.
I'm with you though, who really gives a fcuk if they are ahead of me? I'm still gonna get to where I want & need to be! Makes me no nevermind
