I go to Belmont Car Wash. They do a good job and use a lot of soap. They have detailing services as well, but I've never used that. Although I always see them working on higher end cars.
They also have a program for unlimited car washes, which I certainly get my money's worth from.
Comes in really handy in the winter time.
