Firm believer in flexible dieting to prevent cheat days, but after dieting the past few months and I have done a few "Refeed" days just to keep my metabolism up and running. With leptin plummeting it helped me to go the distance with the last few weeks of the cut.
Overall I think they are a bad habit but if I do have one it's after a big squat day or something.
