Agreed with the points brought up above. Yesterday some idiot in a SUV decided to drift into my lane from a 2 lane left turn. I honk. She still keeps drifting into my lane. Eventually moving back over to her lane. Not more than another 25 feet, she does the same crap again. Again, I'm on my horn. Now she's straddling both lanes. Totally oblivious to everything around her. Pull up next to her and see her fussing with something on her lap. My guess is it's a damn cell phone.
The above is at low speeds. Imagine what would happen at much higher speeds. Licensing and how the typical American driver views driving is a total joke in this country.
