To be honest, I bought the car with all the Dinan bits already installed - I guess I can't give you an accurate description. Although, having played passenger in a stock '04 3.0, I will say that the combo of Dinan intake (and possibly ram-air duct) + foamless engine subwoofer = sweet sweet music in the cabin under throttle.
