My feedback - Received wrong item. Was made to pay for return shipping. Poor communication.

Told buyer would reimburse just include a note. failed to mention on note.
It is right in the narrative of the email! This ALSO proves that they got my package and STILL have NOT contacted me. Can someone also point out WHERE they stated to write it on the note? Because I am pretty sure I cannot see anywhere in their communication to me that I was instructed to do that.
