Got a question for you all!
I was only able to find two pork shoulders weighing 8.85lb each.
I have an electric smoker and it does a great job at maintaining the heat and smokes like a mofo.
How long should I cook both of them at the same time?
I wasn't able to find anything close to a single 17lb shoulder.
