Esteban mentioned, totally out of the blue. Long story short, walking on the back patio from my kitchen to bedroom, felt electric shocks go across my knees and up the legs and butt, and landed in the spot where the original injury occurred 28 years ago. Next thing you know, I’m in the ambulance. Two surgeries later, and I am officially on the road to recovery. It’s going to be a long road back, but I’m ONLY 56 now. If I burn a whole year getting back, I’m fine with that as long as I get back to walking, which I most certainly will do. In theory I am out of ICU tomorrow. Thanks again to all for your prayers and concern, there is a bunch of good people here!
