I don't have M-sport so i do not know how much will those pads be. For 328 Xdrive with stock brakes the pads run between 70 $ (Textar) to about 90 $ (Beck Arnley). This is for the front ones. The rears are cheaper.
Unfortunately i did not see any aftermarket M-sport.
