Idk on day 2 Merc were no longer sliding all over the place but porpoising was still an issue. So personally I think Merc are having issues with their floor. Alot of people are saying floor stiffness is the issue because when the floor flexes down it stalls the underbody aero and causes it to bounce up. Some teams have under floor designs not as susceptible to stalling so the floor flexing down actually benefits them because it acts like a skirt. Some teams like Merc tried to put skid blocks on the corner of the floor so it wouldn't get damaged upon the flexing down and touching the track, but porpoising happened hence the stiffening stays have returned. So idk I think merc have some floor issues.



RB has upgrades coming in on Saturday.
