IMO, the 20" looks funny since the tire is a little bit narrrow, which causing the tires looked stretched.
With the 19", the tire and wheel looks bigger.
Ride wise, I can't comment, because I didn't test drove it back to back.
Now I am getting aftermarket 20" wheel on mine.
The tire size will be 245/35-20 and 285/30-20.
I think with that size, it will looks better and ride even better since it won't be a run flat tires.

245/35-20 is the size that comes on the car when you order it with the 759 wheels. Won't it look the same to you...stretched. What size dimensions are you going with? |
The front will be the same, but the rear will be less stretched.
But it also may be less stretched since it won't be run flat tire.
The wheel I am going with will be 20x9 and 20x10.5.
