If you don't know it, customers can't contact Tischer by phone, only e-mail. I bought an item listed as being "In Stock" online from Tischer on 12 June. On 28 June it still didn't ship so I cancelled the item. The item was not yet in a shipped status. They sent me a tracking # through USPS the day after I cancelled the item. The tracking # doesn't mean the item is shipped, just that the Electronic Shipping Info was Received from Tischer. I sent them two e-mails and they haven't replied to either. What a bunch of BS.
