Now Brady can get pissed off at the NFLPA and other players in the league for agreeing to a CBA that didn't have a specific carve out for him. The initial judge's ruling never made sense, nor did Brady's phone explanation. He knew it too because he changed his contract to lower his 2016 salary, in all likelihood in anticipation of losing the appeal.
