Given the situation with their supply chain (or is it demand?) it seems like a lot of risk. If your average cost is $140 for those 1200 shares, then $2/share is a return of 1.4%. Given that AAPL could easily drop 2-3X that depending on the news out of China, there seem to be a bunch of places that you can put that money to work and make more than 1.4% with a lot less risk. That's the return on a short term T-bill, almost.
I was only at 575 shares today and sold at $147.86. Made a good $2500 today, a little of something is better than a lot of nothing. I think it's riskier now to buy AAPL than this time last week, fed news notwithstanding.
