I had Legs and Shoulders this morning, but for some reason just felt out of it. Even my alarm woke me up this morning and that rarely happens.
I stayed at 365 on squats for reps, and could only get 185lbs for the same reps on OHP as I did last week at a slightly higher weight. Meanwhile my training partner is repping 225 on the OHP like he is doing warm-ups. God I hate him sometimes.
I feel a rest day is due in my future!

I have never been able to do 185 lb on OHP. I'd like to see your form on squats, and OHP. That's a shit ton of weight.
