Regardless of what you wanted...just getting in the gym counts as a win to me.
Especially after the morning I had at the gym. I so not wanted to go but made myself and it was just a struggle with everything. Work has been really stressful, and I have a daughter getting married in two months. Everything is hitting like a ton of bricks!
I will probably play it by ear tomorrow.
