Old saying:
When you run into one asshole, he is probably the asshole. When you run into assholes all day, they perhaps a look in the mirror is appropriate.
Seriously - I've never had any experience even close to what you are describing at any BMW dealer, nor at any other car dealership. Ever. I've never even heard of something so egregious happening from anyone else I know.
